It's not my place to judge anyone who has commited suicide, I've been through some dark times in my life, I know it can get rough... but you should never just quit. It devastates family and friends. It's tragic. It's awful... There are better ways to solve problems than to just give up.

The judgement has already been made by the person who is thinking about it and it is scary to be around someone thinking about it but a least you have a chance with that person. Being alone is the most terrible thing. Please try and make a call, a call to anyone.

Here I go again...... hitting the wrong button. I did know someone who did, but I didn't show them how. I do think it is wrong, but I don't believe it is myplaced to judge anyone. I would hope that if anyone is so desperate to believe there is no other way around or out of their problem, they had someone they trusted to talk to rather than act.

It's painless, it can hurt others. But the act of suicide can be either good or bad. It all depends on the reason. A person who is in pain, who can't enjoy even a second of life. Who is anybody to tell them they should suffer.

Sin separates us from God. Even if you've accepted the gift of salvation from God, suicide is a sin, and if you die willfully disobeying God, and never being able to confess and repent, you die in that sin. Since God is holy and will not allow sin in His presence, where do you think you're going?

I think there are some cases that Suicide is justified. I was suicidal in high school. I know people who were also, and i still know some people who get suicidal. Personally I can say that I'm glad I didn't go through with it. But I'm sure there are people who tried and still hate being on this earth. I think we should have the right to end our own life. Sometimes when people are driving to the edge, they don't see, or maybe there isn't a path back, all they can do is jump, or pull the trigger, or tie the knot.

Not everyone who commits suicide, have loved one, which is probably one of the reasons they chose suicide in the first place. It's not are place to judge someone else's suffering whether they are family, friends, or strangers. Yes it sucks for families and friends left behind from suicide, but maybe the person who died, tried going to their loved ones for help, or acceptance, and may have not gotten it.. Why would they think they if they died they might be hurting the people they left behind, when the same people didn't care for them while they were alive.

Some feel it's a cowardly act. Others say it can be the only way out. People who have some forms of mental illness feel their only option is to do it since their suffering would be over.
Whether it's right or wrong would depend entirely on the state of mind of the person, and as mortals, it's almost impossible to judge. Personally, I think it would be wrong to burden those who love the person with it.

It is very wrong. You might be escaping your immediate pain, mental or physical, but in the end you just giving that pain to your loved ones. You have to remember that no matter how bad or good something is,everything changes. I've had several times in the past 19 years that ending it all sounded like a very good option, but then I had to realize what I would be doing to others, especially my wife and her family. Her older brother committed suicide 30 years ago and they're still dealing with the pain, so how could I, the guy who prides himself on making people laugh and smile, do such an awful thing to these people who love me. I'm so happy I didn't end my life, because I wouldn't have had the chance to become the person I am today, and the situation that had me on the brink of suicide passed, just like everything else bad that might happen. You learn more about life from your hardships than you do from your joy.
