Is sodahead dying?

i have noticed a trend of:

- missing users
- users who have deactivated
- sodahead not that fun as it use to like when i first joined
- repetition of questions
- no good questions to answer any more.
- i have answered maybe 20 questions in a week compared to my often 20 questions a day.
- i feel like i have lost interest in sodahead when i use to be very active

It breaks too often. I lose my login and it won't let me return. That is annoying.

There are too many kids on the board. Too may "do you like me?" and "i am depressed" questions.

nope i havent noticed anything in my activitiy but..

some generic questions for sure but nothing new
but the people banned thing has pissed me off a few times now (aarrggg) being the main one

Lots of reasons. I was gone 6 monthjs due to MALWARE or atr least it felt like 6 months. Then there are the little
pantyiewaists" who will not take discussion or argument.. Then there are the White Hous Opperatives who bristle asnd You get to know them on site and off site.

I'd say of all the questions forwarded to me, I answer 1 out of maybe 20 to 40 presented my way. They just aren't worth responding to. Sometimes they're just plain silly (do you like me?) or the poll is loaded to favor one side only. Other times, the question is presented to me but I can't do anything about it because some sniveling coward blocked me.

I agree. Many repetitive questions and some are just silly( political/news) Many people have post after post because they have this leaderboard obsession. The blocking feature turns many people off, too. This is an opinion forum and all should be welcome.

Yes. People used to jump all over me and call me names and make assumptions about the condition of my birth (mostly correct) and my sexuality (also - regrettably mostly correct) and my intelligence (always wrong). Now they don't care - I insult and slander and vituperate but nobody responds. I guess being a liberal-loving, mindless prick isn't as beguiling as it used to be. I'm going to have to try to be a nice guy now.

I liked it more how sodahead was two or three years ago.
I still remember the useless top bar, then the profiles and now the points and leaderboard...
This site's stupidity is kind of increasing.

when i was on years ago with a different account, it used to be so much better but then everyone hated how it changed with the levels and leadership board i noticed it got many users off the site because they didn't like it anymore. it's become more like facebook than anything and a lot of people were here because it was different than facebook but now even customizing our profile is very limited.

I still like it but I must agree with some of the opinions I've read. There are a lot of repeat or silly questions that people must weed through to get to a good topic. It won't run me away but I can imagine some leave due the nastiness of some posters.

Not gonna let them run me off. Not even the blockers. Some of them are so childish but that = immature. Gotta feel sorry for them! Nastiness is very unexpected from some. I make joke and get on with it! 6 more days I will have been here a year! Love it. Even the weeding :p :)
