Any chicken I’ve ever cooked or eaten, typically has a characteristic texture that I’d best describe as “stringy.”

The "chicken" in the Chinese Take out places aren’t always that way. It a solid piece that kind of rips in half if you try to split it. I doubt that it is chicken.

What do you think!

It's authentic chicken here in CT. The health department makes unannounced inspections in my town, so I am confident that it is chicken. Besides, I have seen them bringing in the poultry.

depends where you go, but you could say that about any meat or food any place you dine out, the only way to be certain is if you buy yourself, even then it could be real but be ridded of all natural nutrients and substituted for fake nutrients and pumped full of water.
