I think at times it seems for real. We all have our off days, and as they say, when it rains it pours. I have, every once in a long while, what I call a "cluster f**k", where a string of events goes wrong and totally messes up my day. Thankfully, they are far and few in between. Afterwards, it's clear sailing for quite a spell.

It is actually a scientific theory. It came about because someone wired some sensors backward on a rocket-propelled sled. When Murphy found out about the improper wiring he comments " If there is anyway to do it wrong, he'll find it". Murphy’s Law became a popular principle throughout the aerospace industry, and from there it spread to the rest of the world. But as it spread it also evolved into the popular, more pessimistic form, “If anything can go wrong, it will go wrong.”

I have had it happen to me too many times. I am a believer in Murphy's Law.

There had been times in my life where everything that could go wrong did. So, it is the law of the universe really because it could also happen to all of us.

I believe in entropy, so to that extent, Murphy's more right than wrong.

In practice, it DOES seem that if you drop a glass, it'll be your most expensive one.
Or if it isn't, it will land on the most expensive one. :O -

LOL, the good ol' cluster f**k! That's what I call that bunch of cars that stay together on the highway. I'm in the back of them all watching them compete for first position, lol!
