I believe that when man left the family disciplined lives of farming ranching the family unit etc. where everyone worked together for one common goal the health and well being of the family: to living life in apartments and fare away suburbia, it allowed people to live and lead introverted self-centered and individualistic lives without any knowledge of the work team effort or massive networking infrastructures of families and businesses it takes to make their individualistic introverted lives all possible. This is what drove many civilization the war in order to pay for their massive rising debt.

The path of individualist is always a dead end.
The whole reason our monetary world is in so much trouble is that there are just too many people living individualistic highly introverted self-serving lives. Many of which cost our society whether working or not, half as much as a family of three does. And their excuse is "I earned it if I want to waist it so what" Or "who gives a damn anyway"reply -
