Is it stealing when you take the stolen from the stealer and give it back to the stolen from?

    Ummm sorry losteed on this one! If what your saying is you steal something a tbief has stolen from someone else and give it back...then I don"t *think* so but I was rasied that 'any' stealing is wrong so have never really thought about this except Robin Hood comes to mind lol

    You are returning it to the rightful owner. Parents will often do this when a child steals something from a store or neighbor. It is the right thing to do.
