Is it just us or did summer swing by faster than usual this time around? With August just around the corner, "Back to School" is the thing on everyone's mind. Well, if you're a student, parent or teacher at least.
It's almost time to swap bathing suits for books. And while you don't have to complete any tests or do any homework quite yet, we think now's the optimal time to get your mind juices flowing with our quick, 8-Question "Back to School" Survey. Don't worry: No matter the answer, we'll give you an "A+" anyway.

That is wonderful. But that is not the case Nationally when you look at SAT and ACT Scores, and the united States is falling behind in math and science
Again... WOW I struggled with math but loved Science, and still graduated from College and went on to the university...and now after the Military, Retired and loving it.
YOU DID NOT BUILD IT ON YOU'RE OWN!
Kids all need direction growing up and motivation at some point in their young life.
When you talk to someone who plays Classical music and plays the piano, it was some dad or some mom that got him started and forced him to practice to become what he is.
Most kids left to their own devices will not on their own do their home work unless their parents check on them faithfully... Not all are like that.....
BUT YOU GET THE POINT
School is to get you ready for the real world...so YES...just be sure that you don't text with spelling mistakes... because that would be very bad - especially in ENGLISH class.
And it's not the kids that have good memories that are texting, it's those kids that are rude and disrespectful, eat in class, don't take their notes, talk in class constantly, show bad attitude to the teacher for no apparent reason that are texting and when it comes to the test, they want to cheat off other people's test because guess what! they didn't take notes, didn't ask for notes, didn't study, and didn't listen in class. That makes me mad.
That or if there's nothing to do anyway. If there's no lesson/work to be done, I'd say free reign for what you do as long as it's not distracting to other classes who might be doing something.
I SUPPOSE if the teacher allowed it during a free time or something. But still, just no.
