I think it is. People who call other people "judgmental" are actually being judgmental themselves in doing so.

Why should it "depend"?

Why should some forms of judgmentalism be okay, while other's aren't?

It's either okay full-stop to be judgmental, or it isn't. In my humble opinion, anyway.

Many replies on this site are being called judgemental when they are simply replies of disagreement. Same with the overwhelming amount of people who are getting blocked the blockers cal;s them trolls or stalkers. When in truth, the replier has only disagreed with their posting.

I meant depends. There are some things people do that are actually judgemental and you should call them out on it.

varies by circumstance, if it's just an (accurate) observation, then i don't think it is.
if it's a spur of the moment thing, with minimal evidence, then it is.
