    depends on what your body can handle. like i run 15 miles a day and it hasnt ben lower that 105 all week. but thats cuz im conditioned to that. sum1 whos from like 60 degree climate. would die even attempting it.

    I agree. That is why when my step sister went to urgent care as a result of running in the kind of weather you could fry an egg outside in, I said 'oh well'. She's alright ;)

    I dunno, my sister went for a 5 mile bike ride in 105 degrees along the way she saw an elderly man running in the heat. I just guess it' differs for different people.

    Personally, I think it's stupid to go out running anytime, but in that kind of heat? Seriously stupid.

    Not a real intelligent time to go outside and run or even walk long distance, Depends on the hunudity and pollution in your area

    I tried rephrasing the question 'is it healthy?' to have a sensible yes no answer choice. Once its done there's no going back to make corrections. I understand. People have answered and I could change the question thus manipulate the already existing answers.
