Yes ! I think it can make bad situations a little less stressful. And if you have humor you'll probably be more happy in life

Indeed, however, It's hard to find things that I do find humorous enough to laugh til my ribs hurt like in my youth :P

What do you exactly mean? You shouldn't find sources which are questionable humorous because they are destructive in nature?

I'm 63. In my experience too many folks accept what's placed in front of them without question, simply desiring a laugh and inclusion in a group. That stuff seeps in and modifies the spirit without thought or consideration.

Sounds logical to a degree, but that methodology can easily be taken to an extreme level to prohibit: movies, books, music, and etc...

People should take into consideration the context of what they perceive, I agree with that notion :)

Yes

I use humor to defuse tension and clear heads to perform better. I created an App on iTunes (The Comedy Sidekick) to foster the notion that laughter is good, and talent is less important than an attitude and willingness to make people laugh.
