    Not at all, you don't get quality work from a reluctant work force because they fear you. Best results are from a work force that respect you and want to do the best possible for you.

    Though my parents used to do this to me all the time by threating me with the belt. Lol! No. I don't think this is a good way to convince someone to do any thing.

    Must have been my late night response. I was under the impression that you were contemplating using fear tactics on someone which almost always requires a victim who tends to be fearful in the first place.
