My second language is Spanish, third is French and I know bits and pieces of other foreign languages.
Generally what I'm saying is that here in Trinidad and Tobago, we have what is known as Trinidadian Creole English, which is a form of Creole different from other Caribbean countries and Trinidadian Standard English, which is of course more standard than Creole but not quite the ''Queen's English''. It's more of dialectal standard. I hope that clears it up a bit. :)
