My daughter wears light make-up for special occasions and heavier make-up when she's on-stage. She's a dancer and they're frequently required to wear specific colors of make-up for recitals.

Have you seen those girls on that toddlers and tiaras show, now that's young for makeup, she has very little on and she looks cute. I am sure if she went overboard Cindy wouldn't allow it.

i would have to say no. in todays day and age when kids have cell phones at 10, theres nothing wrong with a little girl wearing a LITTLE BIT of eyeshadow and lipgloss. if i have kids, i would love to have a little girly girl daughter like this to put makeup on and im not talking about red lipstick and black eyeliner, but the kind of minimal, light makeup cindy's daughter has on. i think its cute.

It's proper use is to just enhance what is naturally great.

Little girls like to be like mommy. There's nothing wrong with it, when it is done tastefully. And IF she really is wearing make-up, then it sure is done tastefully, because it looks VERY natural.

And I hate to be the one to break the news to all of the old jealous women out there, but she might not even have any make-up on.
