How about NEUTER? Most hermaphrodites don't have fully functional genetalia of either gender, often distorted intermediates (intersexed) that requires some creativity to operate.
Never encountered one so I'm just groping the dark…

Even a bad sex experience can end up good... if you're willing to talk about your need to your partner... and listen to their needs as well. I've found that most bad experiences come from a lack of foreplay... of understanding how and what your lover wants.
