In some form or another? Yes. If you go onto Youtube, you can see all kinds of potential projections. Right now, the major powers benefit more from peace than conflict, but all of these proxy wars can trigger major conflict if we aren't careful.

I hope not but SOME people actaully want ONE to happen in the Middle East-and yes some of those people are in USA. The far Right wants to have to witness the Seconding Coming of Christ to happen in their life times--and the Obama Adm wants to have World War lll to start in the Middle East by championing APPEASMENT type polices in the Middle East ....namely allowing Iran to acquire nuclear weapons and long range missiles plus simply allowing Syria to slide into a low level civil war that will drag in other countries into civil war such as Lebanon, Jordon ,Iraq , and Turkey plus ulimately Isreal, too. A good example of the Obama Adm ( and Hilary Clinton's State Dept) is the simple fact that two years ago the US State Department took Syria off the list of countries supporting terrorism; in spite of protests from Isreal. We (USA) live in crazy times!!

We're in a desperate situation again. When this happens, we go to war.

When i think of it logically it seems so, but for some reason i don't think it will, maybe that's because i've yet to experience war, hence i just associate it with movies and fiction.

I personally don't think it's going to happen as no one would press the red button to start WW3 after people know what happened after WW2. Don't forget they threatened of doing that in the Cold war as well.

It's already ongoing. So far it has only included the U.S./NATO bombing, drone striking, and invading weak nations, but the maniacs keep pressing in on Russia and China, establishing missile sites on their borders that eliminate the Mutual Destruction understanding that stopped the use of those weapons in the past. When countries are being attacked for little more than suspicion and empty accusations, nobody is safe.

Knowing who's running this "show" will help the rest of us prevent it.

War and sickness and inequality ends when we say it does.... just like it began when we said it should. War is never an accident... it is easily preventable.

I do see a CIVIL WAR for the USA (we haven't had one yet so its coming) I also see a all out war between Iserial and teh Middle eastern nations, but I doubt it will become a "world war"
I also see a civil war coming out of Russia and possibly Egypt

It's the history of human kind and we are turning more violent, not less.

Yes, it seems to be inching that way everyday.

The only thing that will stop it is if earth is openly invaded by aliens who are good natured, friendly and much more powerful, to save us from ourselves. (Christ coming in the heavens with his army, anyone?)

If they are hostile most likely than not some nations will fight against them, while some will fight for them. (still waiting for that movie)

If we are left to ourselves....................... United States vs Russia/China (Asian superpower) is inevitable. Or perhaps a 3 way with German 4th Reich dominated EU.

Lessons have been learned. There are no winners. Skimishes, yes, but the world is now under control from that ever happening again. Unless of course we put republicans back in the white house.

With the Muslim push to unify against christians, jews and all other non-believers, and the fact that so much oil is controlled from the middle east, it certainly seems like it's going to happen within the next couple of years.

Muslims always seem to like living on top of our oil for some reason...
