India's 'Jackass': Does American TV Export Good Values?

Indian television has a new show that resembles America's "Jackass". Other nations often repeat what they see in American media, including stupid, crazy and wild reality shows.

For those who don't know the show in particular, Wikipedia defines Jackass: Jackass is an American reality series, originally shown on MTV from 2000 to 2002, featuring people performing various dangerous, crude, ridiculous, self-injuring stunts and pranks. The show served as a launchpad for the television and acting careers of Johnny Knoxville, Bam Margera, and Steve-O.MEN eat glass, get run over and hang each other by their heads in pain-loving group

UNFORTUNATELY NOT! ....DEPENDS ON HOW SELECTIVE THE PEOPLE OVERSEAS ARE WITH THEIR VIEWING CHOICES. WE'RE CORRUPTING OUR OWN SOCIETY'S VALUES WITH CRAP-TRASH PROGRAMING, AND IT'S OBVIOUSLY OTHERS.

Davey and Goliath was a great show when we were kids. If they are getting those shows then I would have to say yes.

I your getting your values from tv your an idiot you get your own values through personal experiences for the most part shows like jackass are for entertainment because they do appeal to many people's sense of humor if you don't approve change channels anybody who copies the show is obviously stupid so if they get hurt maybe they'll learn.
