I've been getting a "member has decided not to accept correspondence" message.

I thought it was a simple block, but I got the message when I tried to respond to a friend, and to MYSELF as a test.

So, I don't know. It could just be a fluke.

Or perhaps I tripped an automatic filter.

I have a few questions before I make a judgement...

How is it determined who shall be booted and for what? And is giving an opinion a reason to get the boot? If it is one's opinion to cuss another out for being a total douche, then that is their opinion, is it not?

I really haven't had any contact with them myself. A friend of mine was suspended at one point for some minor infraction but he was reinstated within 24 hours so it seemed fair in that they handled it quickly.

I've never had any issues with them ( they seem to give me quite a bit of lattitude), and I am glad they are here! ie... IMHO, they do a good job!

Life isn't fair, why should they have to be?

Their job is to enforce the TOS -- which they wrote. So basically it's play by their rules or go away (voluntarily or forcibly).
