so I'm a 7th grade girl and I like and 8th grade boy. first of all, is tht bad tht he's in 8th grade? and second, I see him every day durning school and we r both on the xc team. when ever I look over at him I can tell he was looking at me cuz we meet eyes the he turns away. other than just looking at each other, how do i get him to notice me more? I'm a little shy to just go up to him and start a convo. we talk a little but not much. only durnin xc. please help!

I mean I can start conversations with friends but..idk I guess I think it wud be hard to talk to him cuz he's with his 8th grade friends
