I'm gay: You got a problem with that?

Not a problem at all. Many of my friends are gay. My young second cousin is gay. I'm attracted to some women and one of my daughters is bi. HOWEVER, there is more to us than being gay or bi.

But why should you want people just to focus on you being gay? Its a goth who is obsessed with telling everyone she is goth and only cares about being goth. There is more to you than your sexual orientation right?

But you are probably better dressed than me.

You are indeed equal to me in every way.And I would never tell you that you didn't have the right to do something that I feel that I have the right to do.And I would NEVER EVER try to involve the government and get them to make laws to that effect.I believe people have the right to believe and feel what they wish.Everyone is entitled to their opinion,including me.I happen to feel that homosexuality is repulsive.It is my right to feel that way.If you feel the exact opposite,it's your right to feel that way.Out of respect for other peoples rights we tolerate what others feel and believe and even the actions that their beliefs lead to as long as they don't harm anyone who does not give consent or are not old enough to give consent.I believe in tolerance with all my being,simply because even though I have the right to my own preferences I do not have the right to judge anyone else for theirs.However, tolerance is where it ends for me. There are many gay people out there(not all,but a lot) who choose to judge me because I stop at tolerance and do not actively accept,embrace,support and promote their lifestyle. It seems as though the very people that are petitioning me to not judge them for being the way they are or believing what they believe are judging me for being the way I am and believing what I believe. perhaps when trying to get others to not be judgmental,you should try another tact other than being judgmental yourself,just sayin'.

People who are threatened by homosexuals are pathetic. Over half of straight marriages now end in divorce, but somehow they can still argue that it is a sacred bond between a man and woman with a straight face (no pun intended).

I have no problem with people who are gay. In fact, I am friends with a gay couple that I am sad to see go who will be moving to Florida from where we are in New Mexico this week. They were really fun to hang out with but they are moving because Florida has better schools for their daughter. Also, I write gay fiction so really, I have NO problem with people who are gay. I say, Be Who You Are!

I have absolutely no issue what so ever that you are a homosexual. You don't need marriage to be in a relationship with another person. When you stop making a big thing out of your sexuality then I won't care what you do. As long as people insist on having parades because your gay then I will support not giving you equal rights. Want equal rights expect equal treatment. Either stop making a big thing of being gay or let me have a parade for being straight.
