Your video is beautiful, brought tears to my eyes. I am so glad Sharon is in remission. I was called to UMass Medical Center yesterday. My friend Jay has been battling stage 4 cancer in his neck, throat, tongue and jaw for about a year now. We almost lost him yesterday and his prospects aren't very good : (

Well, it's kinda embarrassing, but the truth is, I was repairing a place near one of our barns and fell down the steps. Ha!
That's my story and I'm sticking to it. :-)

That's ok -- I got my foot caught in my bathmat and broke a toe skidding into the door. HARD.

Ouch!

I wish my pain (broken toe from a bath mat) were comparable to yours (repairs... barn [thoughts of STRONG agrarian roots lol]...).

I hope Mrs. Nam is doing well. I always hope that.

Btw, how's your foot? And, yes, Mrs. Nam is more important than your foot. :)

My foot is hurting. She is some better. But the maintenance meds make her very sick.

I have several friends who are in various stages of cancer recovery -- all are doing VERY well. I believe your wife will too. :)

I think the meds are almost as bad as the illness. One of my friends spent the last half of 2010 in chemo and radiation -- and most of 2011 getting one disease after another, mostly from one of her 3 school-aged children. She seems to be doing much better in 2012, so her immune system is coming back thank goodness.

I hope your foot feels better soon. A podiatrist told me years ago (my first broken toe) that it would be healed in 6 weeks -- and would hurt for 5! He was correct to the day, eerie. :)
