You would be leaving a 1500sq/ft house to live in a 720sq/ft house.

I OWN a 1980 sq ft house - that IS paid for. I saved, living in a mobile home, until I had the money to build. And my friends and I built it. If I didn't already own, I might...considering the neighborhood.

If it were on a beach somewhere, maybe. Otherwise, no.

If it were just me, yeah, but that house wouldn't be large enough for my family.

no, at least not at this time of my life.......I want to live where we make a living...on our farm...walk out every day to where my husband's job is.

besides...that is a really small house....and the yard I mow is more than an acre....

Not a problem, I have a 1500 sq. ft house now and only use about 1/2 of it anyways.

Welll, maybe !! Does it have a little pool in the yard? Does it have a road to travel on to get groceries? Does it have a nice master bedroom? Can my dog live there with me?

A full loaf for 3.5 times full loaf price (amortization) over time, or a half loaf for free? No brainer...

Quality of life has nothing to do with the size of your house.
