I might, but I would prefer to if this is the case to not call it a date and see whether there is a possibility of really hitting it off for the long haul. Depending on where we met I might take a walk with her and try to have a talk, and if we were in a mall maybe walk to starbucks or an ice cream place and talk at a table and get a feeling about her before saying that we were dating.

I am single, but I don't think I'd be able to go with whatever stranger comes in my way asking for a date with me.
I'm a pretty good judge of character. I can easily determine one's intentions just by looking at them. If I see that the person's good, then I may go. If I get a "bad vibe" then I most definitely will not.

Hmmm... I would need to know more than just being asked out. When I was single, pretty women were always on my radar. But beauty is more than good looks and if it's just for looks? Maybe once. But there have to be some brains and substance behind it all to make an attractive package for me. That is why I never got hooked up with Overland Park Kansas women. They were abundant, readily available and sooo superficial. They know what they know and that is all that they will ever know...
