Hair length and style have no bearing on sexual preference. Just like clothing doesn't. neither one is a definite indicator of who a person sleeps with.

These days when I see a girl I don't even assume she's really a girl.

Depends on how shes dressed, and whether or not she has her arm around another girls waist.

Well you have to have a very pretty face to wear short hair and pull it off. Most girls who are average looking there hair makes there appearance and if they cut it they look very plain and not cute at all like Julia Roberts her beautiful hair made her look pretty and she did not look so pretty with a short cut. This is why religously women will wear the headscarf to leave there beauty for there husbands and not to look sexy to other men when she goes out as the womans hair is a huge part of the beauty. So if a girl has an extremely pretty face she will look sexy in short hair or even better like Halle Berry because the face is just so lovely. But for most average looking girls who cut off there beautiful locks they look very plain.

Not without some other, much stronger cues. For instance, a girl wearing a sexually explicit lesbian pride t-shirt is sending a very strong message that she is, in fact, a lesbian, and isn't really shy about saying so in sexually explicit terms.

That girl could be gay but maybe having short hair is easier because she is athletic or maybe always busy. She could jusy feel pretty with short hair. My aunt Karen has short hair and looks and feels pretty. She isalso married to an amazing man.
