Their is no point in spending money when you can stay with someone and not spend money! its better to save what you can for a rainy day.......plus in my family im the crazy one.....hehehe..

When you stay with relatives you have to clean up and help out with chores, but at a hotel it's a true vacation.

Sometimes when I stay at a relatives house I feel like I'm being a burden on them invading their lifestyle. So I'd be better off at a hotel..a nice hotel.

when I was younger I would always like staying with relatives. But now that I have my own family with our own habits, staying in a hotel/motel is just more comfortable. :)

A hotel? The cheapest hotel that I know of is like 100$ a night, or the sleez motel that charges 10$ an hour. I'd stay with a family member, cheaper and more comfortable.

Love my relatives, but I prefer the opportunity to be relaxed and enjoy myself without their knowledge or judgement should they not share my practices or beliefs.... and to be honest, ya can't just kick back before bed and watch tv in your shorts at your relatives' house lol... not kewl. let alone the noise factor if you and your partner became jiggy....lol

as long as you get along with them share in the cost etc and have your own space as need until you get back on yor feet again,to me sounds like a good idea and let's not forget the wonderful opportnity to spend time reconnecting with family

Those wonderful times that cant be bought and come from time pent with loved ones...its a shame that those that can usually dont want to and those that cant do want to....
