If you just found out you were pregnant, would you be happy or upset?

I would be a little upset because I've raised my son and am too old to have to raise another. On the other hand I would also think, maybe a little happy since I don't have any grand children of my own except my son's Lab, who I treat as my grand daughter.

    Very happy because I really love being but it'd be a little soon considering I just gave birth to my youngest daughter earlier this summer.

    Annoyed and perhaps mildly panicked... you can bet your arse I wouldn't be keeping it, though, I don't have the time or money right now to raise a child, so better to skip that. Not to mention the fact that I don't have any desire to have children at all, and would rather skip that milestone completely if I can.

    I think I'd be a bit of both. I'd be upset at the company that makes the condoms my fiance and I use, and probably a little bit nervous about trying to have a baby while our finances kind of suck, but I'd be happy to be having a baby since I'd really like to have at least one before my ovaries shrivel up on me.

    I'd be both. Because I'm only 17 and me and my boyfriend have big plans for the up coming year. And our parents would kill us. But also I mean how could you not be happy that you made a perfect little baby? It would still be a wonderful little baby that would be mine.

    How could you not be happy? You could maybe never want kids. I for one would be the furthest thing from happy if I managed to get myself knocked up. Doubly so if I were your age.

    I was just talking about myself personally. I meant how could I not be happy. I do want kids someday. Not now of course, but if it did accidently happen now I wouldn't be unhappy. That wouldn't be fair to the baby, it wouldnt be it's fault. My life would definitely change and I forsure wouldn't be too happy at first.

    It'd be a miracle and I don't believe in those. ; ) My parts are all missing, I am almost 53, my two children are grown... I would have loved to have had a baseball team's worth of children but my body denied me quite early on... I am at a great place now, but would love to have a grandchild... ; )

    I was shocked both times. I wasn't upset or happy at first, but after it settled in I was more than happy, I was ecstatic., The first time I was still in high school getting ready to graduate. Then I didn't get pregnant again for 19 years in my late 30s. My older son was alittle grossed out when he heard because he was under the impression we didn't have sex anymore, hubby set him straight.. LOL

    I am just too old for that. Besides I have 4 children. 3 of them are adults now and I have my youngest (adopted) who will be 5 next month. I also have granddaughters. 4 of them. No grandsons yet but there's still time. I don't regret adopting but it does wear me down some days. I love him as much as I love the ones I gave birth to.
