The food?
The people?
The architecture?
hehe - I may be a little bias...
We have disproportionately high levels of crime, STDs, homelessness, disease, obesity, teen pregnancies and poverty. As well as disproportionately low living space, wages, inhibitions, education, employment and standards.
We do have pretty impressive history i.e. the controlling 80-something percent of the planet, wiping out and enslaving primitive civilisations, integrating dozens of civilizations, and wonderful level of sarcasm and cynicism, brilliant combat tactics and some pretty beautiful ships...
Plus most of the best literature focused minds of time gone by.
We have a rich history, but until 219 years ago it was technically americas too.
Also Sir Patrick Stewart.
