Honestly I'm fine with my body, sure my nose may be a tad bulbous at the end and yes I may have a bit of flab I need to work off but hey, my nose is my great grandfather's nose and he was the last gentleman in the family so I'm fine with having his traits. As for the flab I want to lose that on my own so I can be proud when I do. And for women boob job, that's completely fine but know this, not all men want women with a large size, some find smaller sizes quite attractive.

I don't desire any other surgery.

As long as I can keep the general shape of my nose I'd get a subtle nose job.
Halle Berry is one of the only women of color with a nose job that looks natural. If I can get one like hers I'd probably do it.

A botched nose job sounds very scary... I don't want an MJ nose! Plus it's sort of a waste of money.

It's interesting that I'm seeing this question today,because just yesterday I was watching an episode of the classic Twilight Zone series,in which EVERYONE HAD to get an operation to change their appearance,and one young woman didn't want to get it done because she wanted to maintain her individuality.I'd prefer not to have ANY plastic surgery performed on me.
