my father. he passed away in march from lung cancer. i miss hearing his stories and helping him with his poetry website. i even miss him breaking into song for no reason. he was always superman to me and always will be.
My grandparents, I loved them all but never really go to know them as they all died when I was really young, so I wish I could reunite with them and ask them all sorts of questions about their experiences and life....:o)
That's a really tough one - there are two people I would really like to be reunited with - one male, one female. The first (and foremost) is my former best friend who, sadly, killed himself years ago. He was like a brother to me - since we were 12 or so - and I miss him greatly, every day. The other - well - that's a little more guarded for me and I'm less open about it - sorry :) I've alluded to it in other posts long ago however, so the astute observer may glean something from those :)
My first real long term relation, we lived as married but never got there. 1986 it was over for good.
We had no contact whatsoever until last year, when I got to my 9'th step which is about making amends. I called her and we met, it all went very well and we're good friends now.
Not so that we see each other all the time but she came to my 50'th bday party, we exchange Christmas greetings and so on. It feels great but I was very nervous before I called her.
Allison! The one who I was to stupid to see how much she loved me! What a beauty inside and out. I saw her 5yrs. ago at our 30th highschool reunion. She came without her husband and I am single so we sat together during dinner and I realized in a very good way how much I missed her. Funny, life moves on but good bonds live in the heart!
my bes friend in grade school. Her name was Marcia too. She had blonde hair and i had brown hair. Our principal called us his two little marcias. She and her family moved away in the 4th grade. I've only met one other Marcia since then she came to our school in the 5th grade. we were never real good friends.
