her demise

She has lost a lot of friends and all her inspiration
maybe she should contract her own assassination
would that be assisted suicide or murder for hire
so if she said she didn't kill herself would that make her a liar
guess it doesn't matter cuz no one would really care
just another mystery to solve about the how, when , and where
lets not forget the motive, why did she let this life go
if you don't know by now, then I guess you may never know

Problem is the person might change their mind just as the hitman is about to pull the trigger when they realise in those final few seconds all the things that are still good and they want to do, but the hitman has been paid and it is to late, he pulls the trigger

Both, but since a valid contract cannot break the law, the killer would face premeditated murder charges.
Also, the insurance company would not be liable for paying any benefits because of the circumstances.
