If someone's doing drugs: Not care
If it's a crime with a victim" I'd probably be really scared, so I'd hope I'd be able to report it or even try to stop it.
The reason I made the statement about the validity of the law is because I believe Thomas Jefferson had it right when he said, "Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual."
If someone is hurting someone else, I will intervene, and call the cops.
If someone is smoking dope or jaywalking, get real.
