If you are divorced, how long did your marriage(s) last?

I have married more than once but my last lasted 12 years until I caught him screwing around behind my back. I tried working things out but he wanted no part of it so I moved out & filed for divorce. Now a year later have found my soul mate and will be married in 60 days. So, there is a reason why things happen the way they do...

LAUGHING my ass off at that!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my husband and i got married on friday 13th and always joked we would get divorced on valentines day....we might make it yet, but we'll prolly have to settle for divorcing in 2012..lol

My marriage lasted 16 yrs 10 months. The divorce took 7 months and cost a hell of a lot of money. But I'm the happiest I have EVER been. Just hang in there. The divorce process does end even though it feels like it won't. U wil be able to have a great life after even though u may not know how yet. It will come:-)

my life was only bad when he actually lived in my home...hes been gone since 2007 i think, and that was a dramatic improvement. i got so used to peaceful living, when we started the actual divorce process this year, i lost my happy peaceful existance. now theres court and lawyers and two kids.....its SUCH A drag....im glad to know theres a chance that will change back to great. i hate living under this black cloud of worry and dread....maybe all thats nearly over, weve been to court 3 times and mediation and both of us are stuck at a refusal to settle with the others demands.... we're sooooo close, but both refusing to budge over one final arguement........im basically just exhausted....tryin to look ahead,...ty for the kind words...everything helps:)
