Nobody likes to be treated badly, yet some find it so easy to be out right cruel to others. Why? Kindness goes further than Cruelty, and it's far less stressful to give. Why not be kind? Even if the object of such kindness is undeserving.

Oh that it were that simple. "The road to hell is paved with good intentions." Even Abe would make for a good debate. Over 600,000 men died to accomplish what economics might have accomplished anyway. Even Washington had said that slavery didn't make sense from an economic position. The cotton gin probably would have prolonged slavery for a while, but economics would have eventually undone it as it did in Europe.

I absolutely agree! IF everyone practiced doing well by others, humanity's problems would go asunder. All the talk in the world won't cut it.

Some one has to start, I can't make anyone do anything no matter how much I want them to, so I'll start with me. I'll be the change that I wish to see. If I'm lucky, maybe some one will notice and give it a shot too.

Honesty. I do not try to be mean UNLESS it is in response to someone elses mean. There are some who take honesty as mean, and I feel for them, they must get their feelings hurt ALOT...
