If someone told you that Americans no longer have the rights to freedom of speech, press, assembly, and religion, would you agree or disagree, and please explain why you feel that way

I have continued to ask this same question, but the answers I receive are neither complete, nor are they factual. The most frustrating answer, is that overwhelmingly people believe that their voice will be unheard, as well as the fact that everyone knows the system only allows for its candidate of choice to win, so with that being said if you were told that all of your rights are being taken from right underneath your nose, would you care?

The fact is that, all Americans are under attack. Our Bill of Rights is being stripped from us, by way of Executive Orders. Some of these Executive Orders like the NDAA, simply remove any Constitutional right, under the authorization of Indefinite Detention of Americans, based on a possibility of a future threat to the nation, with no proof. More or less a statement of a person disagreeing with policies can have you imprisoned for no less than 10 years. H.R.347 is an infringement on Freedom of Speech, and the right to peacefully gather and protest, as it directly implies that no person shall be permitted to protest in the presence of CIA, FBI, or the President himself. The CISPA bill, is essentially the equivelent of the Govt authority to search ones home without a warrant. It allows for companies such as GOOGLE, or FACEBOOK, and other social media companies to be demanded to hand over your account information, along with your IP address, and the Govt can then investigate your internet activity, and according to the release of the official list of words compiled by DHS, a person can be arrested for using common words, to more threatening ones. The fact that the DHS has a list of activities with one example of a person having more than 7 days worth of food stored, is a possible threat of terrorism.

Now the conflict of this idea of storing more than 7 days of food could constitute as a terrorist threat, is not only unfair, but lets take into consideration the millions of households that receive assistance for food stamps, most people that shop with food stamps, are likely to buy food in bulk and store it for the course of the month, which the Govt contributes to the necessity of food stamps, as they are the reason our jobs continue to leave this country, and flourish overseas.

Now President Obama has issued more Executive Orders, after placing a leader in Yemen, the Executive Order basically states that even an American citizen that disrupts or disputes the political processes in Yemen, or possibly the U.S. according to the way it was so broadly worded, suggests that if I did not agree with a policy, I can be classified as a threat to the homeland security, but if I do not agree with policy that is inhumane, then I am not threatening anyone that is human, but rather attempting to rally the humans against the inhumane policies.

Also, now President Obama has authorized the mandate that the Americans will foot the bill for Wall St. Gambling, and bail outs again. When does it stop!
