I told two of my friendss i am depress (which I don't unally tell them when I am or not, I only tell them when it's really bad) and both of them called me a lier and a few other unladylike things. So what would you say?

I have suffered from chronic depression for years and I empathise. Even if it were not the case that I can empathise, I would still try to help because it is wrong to ignore people when they are truly suffering and you have the ability to help.

I talk with several people who have clinical depression and I never question their honesty. I just try to be available, make some suggestions, listen to them, try to make their day lighter by cracking an occasional joke, embrace them, bring over a meal so they eat right, treat them to a day or night out someplace not chaotic. Regarding your two friends, though, I'd ditch them and never talk with them again, seriously. They aren't much of a friend if they're going to question your character in telling the truth, or not be there for support and understanding.

basical what I did but i really don't need them acting like this when I'm going though this. I use to think I was strong but I can't handle this so I've been spending a lot of time in my Bible

I know people feel that's a good source of strength. I'm glad you have that to go to when times are especially difficult. It's too bad certain people are making a difficult situation even worse by being insulting...I'm sorry you're going through that, Katharina :(

I feel like I want to cry but I don't want to because I don't want it to be worse than it already is. My paretns are trying to help and I love them for it but it's not helping because they are insulting my friends.

Sometimes it's a tough call for parents to know when to speak their mind and when to remain silent. I would guess they're trying to defend you. I hope things turn around for you, Katharina. It must be an emmense struggle for you to deal with. Sorry :(

Well don';t give up. Find someone, friend, family or school counselor, whatever. Once you can talk to someone, it will get easier, I've been there myself.
Never give up on yourself , it DOES GET BETTER 3>
