I can't say you're immature for insulting someone back...but you do lower yourself to their level.... Believe it or not, when someone insults you...your best revenge is to simply smile and walk away without saying a word.... Silence is a great weapon if you learn how to use it....
Possibly.... or some might say human but eventually you will realize that one of you has to be an adult and hopefully you'll just let it go and let whomever continue to make an arse out of themselves
yeah kind of. but at the same time its ok to be imature sometimes and like they were asking for it but the mature thing would be to walk away but sometimes its tough so its like yeah complicated.

Sometimes it just makes you feel better, a stress reliever and that can be a good thing health wise.
I think the one insulting in the first place is immature so I guess it's fair ground if you feel the need to insult back. I do feel immature when I do it though so I try not to.
I think personal insults are immature period. They show lack of maturity, class and tact. Also somone who needs anger management. Just a sad level to stoop too.
