I read a study that stated that it didn't matter if you were a man, or woman, or just a good guy/woman; being in a position of supposed untouchable power causes what modern society calls "bad behavior" and older generations just accepted as the right of the powerful.

There are however fewer women bosses then men meaning less of a chance you'll be harassed by a female. But this clearly demonstrates that women in positions traditionally held by men will behave in manners no different then men. I'm saying this as a counter-point to some statemens by more extreme feminist who insist the world would be better if women ruled it and ignore my statement that the problems of this world are a symptom of humanity which include both genders and not just men.

Men are worse but women face fewer taboos and lighter punishment in cases of sexual harassment because women are perceived as more vulnerable.

It's true, women are more vulnerable in sexual relationships but female bosses that sexually harass should face the same penalties that a male scum bag does and this goes for homosexual harassment as well.
