I've never written any sort of "quote." But this came to mind and I'm sharing it with SH friends. With this comes thoughts of defining for yourself what brings you happiness. And not letting anything outside of you take that away. Even through the hardest times, we definitely can triumph. :)

I love this book! I use a Franklin Covey planner and my dad sent me to a workshop when I was in my early 20's.

I used to teach at a school that was working towards becoming a flagship seven habits school. Unfortunately I got re-located due to the red tape of our school district policies. We were teaching the seven habits to students and integrating them into the values and practices of our school community. Parents were excited and it was going well. We were two years into it when I left.

Good quotes. The first one is grim, but it's true too. I mean people that don't love themselves and depend on out side people and things for their life to have meaning often don't feel like living anymore. They are too miserable looking for validation all the time.

Integrity and dignity are the two traits that I live by. I also have a lot of faith in God and confidence in myself that are a great source of strength to me when I am faced with difficulties in life.
