I think we all need some time alone with our thoughts. I hope you get that time. It could be a very healthy thing to do. It can be hard to know what we really want or need when we get constant input from others.

This has to be a very difficult time for you. Even if you can't find a lot of time to be alone right now, maybe you could set aside a time each day that is just for you.
