Most of 'em get sent out on the last day of the month. Earliest one's actually due on the following 5th. Those that show up in the middle of the month get paid as I receive 'em.

It usually depends on my finances at the time, which I have managed very well, so it becomes way easier, like this time I was able to pay my cable bill 11 days before it was due.
It's the only way to live. When I was young I was a slacker. I paid so much $$ in late fees. Once you get on a schedule it's easy to stay 2 weeks ahead. A lot of our bills are paid automatically by credit card and we pay the card off every month.
