BUT, I am really pissed off at Obama! He was supposed to do this for me and he lied. What a politician he became.

When I open the bill I pay it with a check. Don't trust online banking.

Most of 'em get sent out on the last day of the month. Earliest one's actually due on the following 5th. Those that show up in the middle of the month get paid as I receive 'em.

Don't pay electronically if there's a fee for doing so. Had the same checking account now for over 20 years, and just about to start writing checks with numbers in the 7,000s.

It's called Nordea. But don't worry. They use my money to pay the bills.

After paying my income tax, property tax, social security tax, Medicare taxes, local taxes, sales taxes, taxes on capital gains, gas tax, sin taxes, etc, why do most bills come with taxes?

It usually depends on my finances at the time, which I have managed very well, so it becomes way easier, like this time I was able to pay my cable bill 11 days before it was due.

I've been lucky in being able to do it on time. Although sometimes, it's close.

My wife pays the bills and balances the budget; if I were in charge nothing would get paid. I just earn the money...

As long as I can, I will. If I owe it, I pay it. Hopefully, the money lasts longer than the bill. ;p

It's the only way to live. When I was young I was a slacker. I paid so much $$ in late fees. Once you get on a schedule it's easy to stay 2 weeks ahead. A lot of our bills are paid automatically by credit card and we pay the card off every month.
