I just wanted to let all my SH friends know that I appreciate them a lot. I have an akward life with little in common with those I live by. So I don't have many friends, and random people hate me, despite not knowing me.
Even though it may sound weird, I really love you guys (Platonic love, lol). The slightest act of kindness is very appreciated. And even if you read this and you are not one of my SH friends, that's okay too. I don't have any hate in me, just love.
I also want to add that if I've ever said anything that might have come off as offensive, I apologize. And if I have ever taken something that you've said the wrong way, I apologize. And thank you to any Sodaheads who have ever taught me anything. - Vicereine Killbride. (:

I've only ever seen you display kindness and understanding here at Sodahead, and you shouldn't let the opinions of those who do not know you affect you in any way. I'm sorry to hear that you feel life is awkward, but don't allow yourself to change who you are to find greater acceptance, you will over time make connections with people who will love you for who you are. Friendship should be a matter of quality, not quantity.

You sound (perfectly) NORMAL to me.
Then 2 years ago I had a (massive) Spiritual Awakening, 'flipped' from mainly Unipolar Depressive to Hypomanic almost overnight. Got a change of Quacks, she Labelled me with "Sluggish Schizophrenia, which (according to "Their" Books) is noted for 'Negative' Symptoms (not much expression & intraverted) but I was more on the "Positive Side" (flamboyant & outgoing, did you notice?). Went to another Quack, who gave me "Dysphoric Mania" (mixed, Hypomanic AND Depressed at same time) so I concluded that these Nut-Bars don't have the foggiest idea what they're talking about.
Figured out just in the last year that I have 'Asperger's' with 'Complex Post-Trauma Survivor Disposition' (wrote my own diagnosis) with a "Complicated Complicating Complex (with Complications, that's C4)" and have been fairly steady since. If Carl Jung were still alive, he'd have a Field Day with me & I think I've blown Woody Allen "Out of the Water" in the "Neurotic" department too.
