I left the door open to my house while enjoying myself in my living room at 3am, and an angry drunk woman decides to walk into our house and lecture me: how insane is our society anymore?

You can't even leave a door open day or night without nonsense happening; people are so insane/unstable nowadays that anything can set them off into a destructive rampage. This woman that I am referring to even put her bottle of beer on our table while in our homes threshold; madness, lol; can't even enjoy a cool night after a hot day...

I air out my house every time I'm downstairs only while I'm supervising it, as I'm allergic to animals which other residents here are intent on keeping; well, I'd agree that leaving your doors open during any time of day attracts dangerous mentality types, but it's starting to become ridiculous: you can't even leave your door open for one measly hour anymore.

I've had some problems with that myself, even when my door was shut. People have no respect anymore.

Indeed, when has life become so dangerous that you can't even leave your own door open for air for one measly hour without attracting psychotic mentalities.

There was a time when leaving your doors open was the norm and you had no fear of doing so. It is just a sad reflection that in our modern society. Leaving your door open period is no longer a very clever thing to do.
