Really? Weird. My attention span has always been fine, even in this age. I think it's just media getting to you. It's not that more have these disorders now, but that because of media, it's more widely known.

ADD, it's a challenge! I have buzzers on things like my keys, my cell phone, my nook so I can locate them. I have a master control and walk around my house until I hear the alarm. No joke!

I have ADHD without the H which is ADD. Well apparently I have it but I don't have medication because I haven't been diagnosed. I haven't diagnosed myself, other people have but not a medical person.
