    I have no idea, but it's not uncommon. My dad and grandpa both have brown hair and their beards grow red, too.

    Actually time has solved that problem... sort of. My hair colour hasn't really changed but my beard is now white! if anyone wants an authentic Santa then let me know around September and I'll let it grow!
