I love IE. I never had firefox but when I have used computers that have it I didn't think much of it.

Best of luck with that, Sister- from what I've seen so far, IE 9 is inconsistent at best, and inconsistent, slow and glitchy at worst. But, maybe those things have been fixed recently! :)

I use Firefox and Chrome, not much of a fan of IE since it had a lot of security issues, but if it is working well and you are comfortable with it that is super.................

OK...but eventually IE will give you problems. I stick to Firefox 4.0 version...not the latest versions like 8 or 9 or whatever it is. Because the Google toolbar on those versions do not support things like Gmail or ABC Spell checker, etc. ...Some don't even support the Google toolbar itself. Plus, to many other known issues with the latest versions.

Also, in 'Options' on the 'Advanced' tab there is an 'Update' tab ...and in there I have 'Check for updates for Firefox' un-checked....This way I don't get notices to update to the latest FF.

If you ever want the older Firefox 4.0 ...get it from filehippo here:

Never have had any problems with FF 4.0

I had probs with Firefox too. IE might be worse in some ways, but it works better with SH I think. Glad for you SJ to have fewer frustrations.

You're probably the first person I've heard say that. Good, whatever works is where you need to go. Firefox has had so many upgrades, I think they're going backward. I wish SH & FF would stop "improving" things. LOL
