I get distracted by everything! We've turned off the internet, closed my blinds etc, but I get distracted by my own thoughts? I can't focus, helppp!

    Get one of those machines with sound cards that imitate rain, ocean waves, thunderstorms,.... all kinds of backgrounds that won't make you sing along, yet allow you to concentrate in peace.
    I believe they're available on CD as well.

    Yes you can, you just have to decide to do it - I think you mean that you do not want to study - it is hard work because it requires concentration and thinking. Thinking is the hardest work we do and why we actually avoid it
