    Mums are lovely, I find most flowers are. My favorite flowers are the ones my little ones pick for me, so it changes day to day... today my favorite flower was a blade of grass my daughter took the careful time to choose, pluck and give to me, to show her love.

    I've got some too, for a nice bright splash of purple on my balcony. What colour(s) did you get?

    I bought some tulip bulbs today to plant in pots for spring. Now that I have a balcony garden I don't have a problem with deer eating my tulips.
