Please make sure thast the courts know of your feelings and DON'T BE AFRAID TO TELL THEM. And if you have an attorney please make sure he has a set of stones that will stand up for your rights of a parent.

you can seek your counselor about this matters..of course to pray for y'all for well being than to have the negatives strife.
if your Ex-husband is abusive then you can request this at the judge to send him to anger management class also request for ex-husband to take parents class too (to see if he can pass it or not) .first you need to see your counselor to straight this out...
