'Hunger Games'-Themed Wedding: Cool or Lame?

Think "Hunger Games" mania can't get any crazier? Think again. A website called Green Wedding Shoes has presented two photo shoots: "a fun interpretation of what Katniss + Peeta’s wedding might be like (if they got married)," and "how to incorporate elements from the books + movie into your own day!" Here is one of the photos from the shoot.



Interested in creating your own "Hunger Games"-themed wedding? Almost everything used in the shoot was inexpensive or found in nature: pinecone flowers, Wood Burning Details (a Mockingjay symbol) and a bouquet of arrows.


Meanwhile, Taylor Swift spoke to Rolling Stone about the two songs she wrote for the movie's soundtrack, "Safe & Sound" and "Eyes Open." To write the songs, she had to get into the mindset of the film's lead character, Katniss Everdeen, played by Jennifer Lawrence. "Slipping into her mind was such a wonderful break," Swift told the music mag. "It's pretty intense writing about my own life, my own struggles. It was almost like a vacation to get to write from someone else's perspective."

Haven't read "The Hunger Games"? It's about a group of kids forced to fight each other to the death while their friends and families watch at home. Are you psyched yet? We are ... but we're not sure we'd have a "Hunger Games" themed wedding. Would you?
