That's a tough one. I'd say, depending on the nature of thecircumstance....decide whether or not there would be severe
consequences. If not, I'd say...keep it. If so, and legal action
could commence, return it. Always weight the pros and cons.
However, knowing me and my conscience, I'd have to be
honest, and point out their mistake.
