Howard K. Stern turned himself in last night -- he was arrested and charged, along with two other doctors, for allegedly conspiring to fuel an addict with prescription drugs -- and the addict was Anna Nicole Smith.

The doctors and Stern should all be prosecuted for her death, license to practice taken away and then sued in a civil court. Stern should be prosecuted for enabling, purchasing and administering drugs to her. He already lied in court on the stand so you have to figure he did it for the money.reply -
Yes, if I remember correctly, Nichole's mother mentioned something about them giving Nichole all these drugs. But no one to listen to her, maybe she knew alittle more of what was going on then they figured she did. Thanks for the great comment.reply
